Paideia Delegates

Recently, we have begun to define the role of a Paideia "Delegate" as a special designation for gifted Paideia educators. The proposed role of the delegate includes the following:
- To serve as a liaison between the NPC and the delegate's school. This includes representing the Center's interests and promoting the Center's work within the school community; and representing the school and promoting the school's work with the Center staff.
- To serve as a model Paideia educator by facilitating faculty and student seminars and by consistently seeking out opportunities to further your own understanding and practice.
- To represent the Paideia Program in general as well as the work of the Center and the school when the opportunity presents itself. (This may include hosting visits to your school by interested educators.)
- To remain in close contact with the Center staff so that the Center is best able to serve the school and vice-versa.
